Three-dimensional composite Li metal anode by simple mechanical modification for high-energy batteries

摘要: Lithium (Li) metal is believed to be the “Holy Grail” among all anode materials for next-generation Li-based batteries due to its high theoretical specific capacity (3860 mAh/g) and lowest redox potential (−3.04 V). Disappointingly, uncontrolled dendrite formation and “hostless” deposition impede its further development. It is well accepted that the construction of three-dimensional (3D) composite Li metal anode could tackle the above problems to some extent by reducing local current density and maintaining electrode volume during cycling. However, most strategies to build 3D composite Li metal anode require either electrodeposition or melt-infusion process. In spite of their effectiveness, these procedures bring multiple complex processing steps, high temperature, and harsh experimental conditions which cannot meet the actual production demand in consideration of cost and safety. Under this condition, a novel method to construct 3D composite anode via simple mechanical modification has been recently proposed which does not involve harsh conditions, fussy procedures, or fancy equipment. In this mini review, a systematic and in-depth investigation of this mechanical deformation technique to build 3D composite Li metal anode is provided. First, by summarizing a number of recent studies, different mechanical modification approaches are classified clearly according to their specific procedures. Then, the effect of each individual mechanical modification approach and its working mechanisms is reviewed. Afterwards, the merits and limits of different approaches are compared. Finally, a general summary and perspective on construction strategies for next-generation 3D composite Li anode are presented.

An experimental study on plunging depth of density currents

摘要: Mass density of the current flows is the one of the important problem in the hydraulics of the dam reservoir. Plunge point occurs when the mass density current penetrates in the stagnant fluid. Recognition the place of this point is very important because of clearing the boundary of the density current flow and ambient fluid. In this study the influences of bed slope and hydraulic parameters on plunging depth were experimentally investigated. The results show that the slope has a minor effect on the plunging depth. The height of plunging depth is increased by increasing the density of the current flow. Also increasing the densimetric Froude number caused of decreasing the plunging depth. Finally an equation was proposed to estimate the plunging depth using as function of flow characteristics.

A local density optimization method based on a graph convolutional network

摘要: Success has been obtained using a semi-supervised graph analysis method based on a (GCN). However, GCN ignores some local information at each node in the graph, so that data preprocessing is incomplete and the model generated is not accurate enough. Thus, in the case of numerous unsupervised models based on technology, local node information is important. In this paper, we apply a local analysis method based on the similar neighbor hypothesis to a GCN, and propose a definition; we call this method LDGCN. The LDGCN algorithm processes the input data of GCN in two methods, i.e., the unbalanced and balanced methods. Thus, the optimized input data contains detailed local node information, and then the model generated is accurate after training. We also introduce the implementation of the LDGCN algorithm through the principle of GCN, and use three mainstream datasets to verify the effectiveness of the LDGCN algorithm (i.e., the Cora, Citeseer, and Pubmed datasets). Finally, we compare the performances of several mainstream graph analysis algorithms with that of the LDGCN algorithm. Experimental results show that the LDGCN algorithm has better performance in node classification tasks.

论地对空雷达干扰系统在局部战争中的作用及其发展

摘要:

文章介绍了从地对空干扰机的发展概况,从单一干扰轰炸瞄准雷达,发展成地对空干扰系统和系列,可以干扰空载作战飞机雷达、导弹制导雷达、精密制导雷达、预警机雷达、星载探测雷达等,分析了这些雷达的干扰原理、干扰方法和干扰机的布局。文章对新体制雷达的干扰压制系数进行了分析,导出各类新体制雷达的干扰压制系数表达式,并提供了计算机仿真和实际试验的结果。文章分析了90年代以来两次现代化局部战争,地对空干扰系统若能发挥作用,将使被入侵国家的损失率下降,使入侵者的损失率升高。地对空干扰系统具有攻防兼备的立体干扰系列功能,需要经费较低,很适合于第三世界国家的需求,具有广泛的发展前景。

Cathodes with MnO

摘要: A series of cathodes with MnO catalysts of metal fuel battery were prepared. The catalyst slurry was treated by ultrasonic dispersion under the ultrasonic time of 20 min, 40 min and 60 min. The cathodes were also dried with the temperature of 90°C, 120°C and 150°C. Besides, the microstructures of the cathodes and discharging performance were investigated. The results indicated that the ultrasonic time and drying temperature had a remarkable influence on the electric current densities, but had little effect on the open-circuit voltage. The effects of oxygen on the current density and voltage of cathode were also studied, and it was found that the method of blowing oxygen to cathode could increase the current density of the metal fuel battery.

High-order phase-field model with the local and second-order max-entropy approximants

摘要: We approximate the fracture surface energy functional based on phase-field method with smooth local maximum entropy (LME) and second-order maximum entropy (SME) approximants. The higher-order continuity of the meshfree methods such as LME and SME approximants allows to directly solve the fourth-order phase-field equations without splitting the fourth-order differential equation into two second-order differential equations. We will first show that the crack surface functional can be captured more accurately in the fourth-order model with smooth approximants such as LME, SME and B-spline. Furthermore, smaller length scale parameter is needed for the fourth-order model to approximate the energy functional. We also study SME approximants and drive the formulations. The proposed meshfree fourth-order phase-field formulation show more stable results for SME compared to LME meshfree methods.

Local uncorrelated local discriminant embedding for face recognition

摘要: The feature extraction algorithm plays an important role in face recognition. However, the extracted features also have overlapping discriminant information. A property of the statistical uncorrelated criterion is that it eliminates the redundancy among the extracted discriminant features, while many algorithms generally ignore this property. In this paper, we introduce a novel feature extraction method called local uncorrelated local discriminant embedding (LULDE). The proposed approach can be seen as an extension of a local discriminant embedding (LDE) framework in three ways. First, a new local statistical uncorrelated criterion is proposed, which effectively captures the local information of interclass and intraclass. Second, we reconstruct the affinity matrices of an intrinsic graph and a penalty graph, which are mentioned in LDE to enhance the discriminant property. Finally, it overcomes the small-sample-size problem without using principal component analysis to preprocess the original data, which avoids losing some discriminant information. Experimental results on Yale, ORL, Extended Yale B, and FERET databases demonstrate that LULDE outperforms LDE and other representative uncorrelated feature extraction methods.

研究了由大端直径开始编织三维锥体织物的减纱技术,包括列向、环向减锭减纱、减细纤维束减纱等多种减纱技术及其组合;分析比较了各种减纱技术对织物结构完整性、操作简便性、机械化编织等方面的影响。减细纤维束减纱技术是特殊的环向减锭技术,具有保持织物结构整体完整、工艺操作简便、纱锭运动可实现机械化等优点,但不同纱束直径纤维编织使织物单元结构构造变得复杂多变。

摘要: In this paper, the effect of usage of the permeability reducing admixture (PRA) having different action mechanisms on hardened state properties of cementitious systems containing mineral additives is examined. For this aim, three commercial PRAs were used during investigation. The effective parameters in the first and third PRAs were air-entraining and high-rate air-entraining, respectively. The second one contained the insoluble calcium carbonate residue and had a small amount of the air-entraining property. Mortar mixes with binary and ternary cementitious systems were prepared by partially replacing cement with fly ash and metakaolin. The hardened state properties of mortar mixtures such as compressive strength, ultrasonic pulse velocity, water absorption, drying shrinkage and freeze–thaw resistance were investigated. The ternary cement-based mixture having both fly ash and metakaolin was selected as the most successful mineral-additive bearing mix in regard to hardened state properties. In this sense, PRA-B, with both insoluble residues and a small amount of air-entraining properties, showed the best performance among the mixtures containing PRA. The combined use of mineral additive and PRA had a more positive effect on the properties of the mixes.

Role of local governments in fostering the development of an emerging industry: A market-oriented policy

摘要: This research investigates the role of local governments in stimulating an emerging industry and focuses on the specific growth of the new energy vehicle industry in Hangzhou, China. This research confirms that enabling firms to access emerging technology, acquire financial support, and touch customers and/or suppliers are critical to foster the emergence and development of industries. Moreover, the primary contribution of this study is to emphasize the support of the local government in the development of emerging industries on the perspective of the creation of a large-scale market demand. The creation of large-scale market demand may inspire actors to be proactive in responding to these incentives; thus, public and private actions may help increase the accessibility to technology, infrastructure, and finances. Hence, a market-oriented policy that incentivizes the creation and expansion of market demand among diverse public and private actors should be seen as the key issue for the emergence and growth of emerging industries. Policies should also be adopted promptly with the development of the market.

Removal of Cu(II) and Fe(III) from aqueous solutions by dead sulfate reducing bacteria

摘要: The biosorption properties of dead sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) for the removal of Cu(II) and Fe(III) from aqueous solutions was studied. The effects of the biosorbent concentration, the initial pH value and the temperature on the biosorption of Cu(II) and Fe(III) by the SRB were investigated. FTIR analysis verified that the hydroxyl, carbonyl and amine functional groups of the SRB biosorbent were involved in the biosorption process. For both Cu(II) and Fe(III), an increase in the SRB biosorbent concentration resulted in an increase in the removal percentage but a decrease in the amount of specific metal biosorption. The maximum specific metal biosorption was 93.25 mg?g at pH 4.5 for Cu(II) and 88.29 mg?g at pH 3.5 for Fe(III). The temperature did not have a significant effect on biosorption. In a binary metal system, the specific biosorption capacity for the target metal decreased when another metal ion was added. For both the single metal and binary metal systems, the biosorption of Cu(II) and Fe(III) onto a SRB biosorbent was better represented by a Langmuir model than by a Freundlich model.
